History

The European styling of the atrium was inspired by the old row houses in London. As you step off the elevator onto the main floor of the 5-story atrium, you will be amazed by its massive size. The atrium is truly a distinguished entry for the residential owners and their guests. This spectacular creation is capped off with a vintage style skylight that spreads natural light through out the residential area.
All the finishes are soft accents that provide a delightful balance between the classic warehouse and the European style.

The custom-designed steel and glass railing enhances the openness and plays with the reflective nature of light.
The floors are finished in natural oak with soft carpet runners. Residential doors are finished in dark cherry. Brushed aluminum Italian wall sconces adorn the walls.
